As you are probably aware, yesterday the CCMA delivered a landmark decision in the ongoing debate surrounding COVID-19 vaccinations in the workplace. An employee took their former employer to the CCMA as the employee had been dismissed for employee for incapacity as they had refused a COVID-19 vaccination.
