Part of South Africa’s economic woes includes the significant shortage of skilled workers in critical industries. Nowhere is this more apparent than in our nation’s healthcare sector. Not only is there a major shortage of doctors, but there is a critical need for more nurses as well. This has a cascading effect on the rest of the healthcare sector right down the value chain.
