It is reported that about 370 matric learners and teachers have been implicated in an alleged exam cheating scandal which is under investigation by a task team under the Department of Basic Education. Complexion and Mpho Mashita got a reaction into the allegations on the #CapricornBreakfast as they discussed the matter with Publicity and Information Officer for the Congress of South African Students, Douglas Ngobeni.
