Nine hundred and sixty (960) women will receive vital mentoring and leadership training during the next three years to emerge as the future generation of ethical leaders, thanks to the partnership between International Women’s Forum South Africa (IWFSA), the Finance and Accounting Services Sector Education and Training Authority (FASSET) and Duke University’s Duke Corporate Education (DukeCE).
The FASSET Women’s Legacy Programme, to be launched on Wednesday, January 18 in Bryanston, seeks to empower executive and middle management women in the finance sector on leadership areas and will provide vital mentoring experience by accomplished female leaders to the participants.
The Programme will commence in February 2023 with the two courses, the Executive Development Programme (“EDP”) and the Middle Management Programme (“MMP”), both of which will run their first cohorts until January 2024.
