Ms Ayanda Mafuleka, is the CEO of Fasset. She is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA). With a finance career that spans more than 16 years, Mafuleka has operated mostly in the public sector. In 2018, her dedication to finance was recognised when she won the Woman of Stature Award as “Woman of the Year in Finance”.

Mafuleka’s career has seen her move through high profile and diverse public institutions, such as: Transnet; Anglo Platinum; South African Post Office; National Treasury; Robben Island Museum; the Department of Home Affairs; Johannesburg City Parks & Zoo; the National Credit Regulator (NCR); and AMFC. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Mafuleka continues to contribute her skills to the public sector wherever possible.

She has served as a non-executive director at the institutions like NAPSAR, Randwater Foundation, and she also serves as a member and Chairperson of Audit & Risk and Finance committees in national and provincial departments, public entities, and a tertiary institution. In 2022, Ms Mafuleka was appointed as one of Eskom’s Board of Directors.
