Areas of Primrose declared high risk following shooting

The Primrose CPF has issued an advisory calling in residents to avoid certain areas of the community
following a shooting in the early hours of Valentines Day. The CPF says it wants to caution residents
due to a high risk of further incidents while law enforcement authorities monitor the situation.
