Residents of the City of Tshwane can expect to dig deeper into their pockets to pay for
increases in municipal rates and services from July 1. This follows the tabling of the metros draft budget for 2024/25, which has been passed in council and is now out for public participation. MMC for Finance in Tshwane Jacqui Uys takes us through this budget.
