Buckle up everyone, there is another 'The Fast and the Furious' movie on the way! The release date for the ninth edition of the hugely popular and successful movie franchise is set for May this year, but no definite date has been announced as yet.

Initially, the plan was for the tenth and supposedly final (we have heard this before!) edition of the film to be released in April 2021.

However, with the pandemic, this meant that plans had to be changed. After many delays, Vin Diesel revealed that he had hoped that fans would get a two-part finale to the series.

According to reliable sources, the production team is hoping to set up Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's return as Luke Hobbs in 'The Fast and the Furious 10'.

Johnson has appeared in four Fast & Furious movies.
